Katrina Grubb
Katrina, a proud Memphian, has always called Memphis home. A graduate of the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, she spent a decade in healthcare as an Occupational Therapist before discovering her passion for real estate. In 2017, she became a licensed Realtor, seamlessly blending her dedication to helping others with her love for real estate.
Katrina works with buyers, sellers, investors, and builders to achieve their real estate goals. She proudly serves clients throughout Memphis, drawing on her deep knowledge of the city as a lifelong resident who has lived in various neighborhoods.
In 2021, Katrina co-founded The FIRM-Memphis Real Estate with three partners, growing the company to 30 agents and counting. She earned her Broker’s license in 2022 and ranks among the top 100 producers out of more than 5,000 agents in the city. A lifelong learner with a passion for excellence, Katrina is committed to helping her clients succeed.
When she’s not working, Katrina stays active by working out and playing tennis.
