Pick Sarah. She is OUTSTANDING. You won't be disappointed. I cannot say enough good things about her, but I'm going to try -- and I rarely (if ever) write Google reviews, yet she's worthy of this lengthy recommendation. Sarah is talented, committed, knowledgeable, energetic, trustworthy and professional. We felt so comfortable so quickly with her expertise and knowledge of the market that we did something 100% (probably closer to 1000%) uncharacteristic for us -- we offered on a house based upon the FaceTime call / "tour" that Sarah hosted for us, because we knew the property wouldn't last long and as out-of-towners, we wouldn't be able to come see it until the weekend. Sarah advised us what would make our offer more compelling than the other anticipated offers, and we won a perfect property (over these competing offers) for our son and his fiancée to live in. Also, her network of other trustworthy professionals important both before and after the sale is remarkable, especially since she has not been an agent for decades. Her recommendations for home inspectors, termite inspectors, exterminators, HVAC pros, electricians, roofers, etc. helped us pick outstanding partners during and after the purchase process -- which was a godsend to us, since we don't know anyone in Memphis. Oh, and Sarah is a ton of fun and very thoughtful too -- we collaborated on a surprise showing for our son and his fiancée after our offer was accepted and the property inspected, and the video she took is already treasured. Her bio no lie-o (sorry for the dad rhyme) -- Sarah provided top-tier service in a "hands on, heart on" way. We feel very, very fortunate to have found Sarah, through a referral, and we recommend you choose her too.
